By analyzing and summarizing the relevant literature in recent years, this paper expounds high-risk factors of pain after lumbar interbody fusion mechanism traditional Chinese medicine treatment postoperative fusion. The high risk mainly include operation mode, patient factors, infection so on; Acupuncture, auricular points, medicine, acupoint application other characteristic therapies can effectively improve with little side effects, which is worthy clinical application.
